1. Who we are

Freshnode NZ Limited (trading as freshagents) is the agency responsible for personal information collected through this site. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

2. What we collect

This website is a static page. It does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.

If you email us at hello@freshagents.co, we receive whatever you choose to send us — typically your name, email address and the content of your message. Our email provider also records standard technical metadata.

Our hosting provider may log standard server information such as IP address, user agent and the pages requested, for security and operational purposes. Those logs are held in Australia, and are kept only for as long as we need them for those purposes.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss potential work.
• To provide and administer services if you become a client.
• To keep our systems secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers — for example email, hosting and cloud infrastructure — who process information on our behalf. These providers store and process data in Australia, which is outside New Zealand.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months, then delete it. If you become a client, we delete the data you have stored in our services 30 days after your agreement with us ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email hello@freshagents.co and we will respond within 20 working days.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
